("TwisterWholesale"), primarily due to our status as data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), we collect and process your personal data in compliance with the aforementioned laws in order to fulfill the purposes and legal obligations set forth below.
As has been the case until today, these personal data will continue to be processed in the future, limited to the legal reasons specified in the Law, with information security measures taken, provided that they are not used outside the purposes and scope determined by TwisterWholesale, and will be stored for the periods mandated by the Law.
1. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by TwisterWholesale, recommending the products and services offered by TwisterWholesale to you by customizing them according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of TwisterWholesale and persons in business relationship with TwisterWholesale (conducting communication activities, physical space security, etc.), planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, and determining and implementing commercial and business strategies.
2. Transfer of Personal Data
Your processed personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in line with the realization of the purposes stated above. Particularly within the scope of obtaining e-commerce infrastructure and server services, your data may be stored on secure servers located domestically or abroad with necessary security measures taken.
3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is obtained through all kinds of oral, written or electronic means, for the purpose of enabling TwisterWholesale to provide the products and services it offers within the determined legal framework in line with the purposes stated above, and to fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately in this context.
4. Rights of Personal Data Owners Listed in Article 11 of the Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods specified below, TwisterWholesale will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information regarding this if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
5. Application to the Data Controller
In order to exercise the rights stated above, you can submit your petition containing your request with a wet signature or by filling out the KVKK Application Form, if available, to our address below by cargo, through a notary, or to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address with a secure electronic signature.
