MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

4.7. The Member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the Member.

4.8. The Member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally responsible criminally and legally due to this violation and will keep TwisterWholesale free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition, in the event of this violation, if the matter is transferred to the legal field, TwisterWholesale reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

The Member accepts this action in advance. In this case, TwisterWholesale has no responsibility. The decision to delete or not delete all records belonging to the user account terminated by TwisterWholesale or the Member belongs to TwisterWholesale. The user cannot make any right or compensation claim regarding deleted records.

4.10. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the user through the www.twisterwholesale.com website. The user who terminates their membership will have their site access authorization canceled.

4.11. Members' relationships with each other and/or third parties are their own responsibility.

4.19. The Member accepts that from the moment they begin to benefit from the service, they will be deemed to have accepted all provisions of this user agreement and that the agreement will have effect on them. The Member agrees to fully compensate all damages that TwisterWholesale will suffer due to their actions contrary to the obligations they have undertaken with this agreement. TwisterWholesale has the right to recourse to the Member for all compensation and/or administrative and/or judicial fines that it may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the Member's actions contrary to the agreement.

4.20. TwisterWholesale reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, change or terminate any service provided to users, or delete user information and data registered on the TwisterWholesale website.

4.21. Member information is monitored by TwisterWholesale in order to provide better service. This information may be shared with companies with which it cooperates in advertising, etc., for the purpose of expanding and improving content, subject to confidentiality conditions. 4.22. A member cannot have more than one account. 4.24. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to TwisterWholesale will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence in accordance with Civil Procedure Code Article 193, and that the said records constitute an evidence agreement.

5. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement will remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by TwisterWholesale. TwisterWholesale may cancel the Member's membership and unilaterally terminate the agreement in case the Member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

6. COMPETENT COURT

7. NOTIFICATION ADDRESSES

The email address that the Member notifies to TwisterWholesale is accepted as the email from which the legal address will be requested for all kinds of notifications related to this agreement. The parties accept that unless they notify the other party in writing of changes in their current email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to old email addresses will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them. All notifications that TwisterWholesale will make using the registered email address that the Member has provided will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by TwisterWholesale.

8. ENTRY INTO FORCE

The Member's membership registration means that the Member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded at the moment the Member becomes a member and has entered into force mutually.
